We baptize adults who are committing their lives to follow Jesus, and infants whose families are committed to raising them in a Christ-centered home.

How can I get baptized or have my child baptized?
We offer both believer baptism and infant baptism throughout the year. If you’re interested in baptism for yourself or your child, we’d love to answer your questions and help you take the next step.
What is believer baptism?
Believer baptism is for someone who has chosen to follow Jesus. It’s a public celebration of faith and a way of sharing that decision with others. Baptism doesn’t save us, but it marks an important step in our journey with God.
Why does Harbor practice both believer and infant baptism?
We believe baptism is a sign of God’s love and grace. Some people are baptized after choosing to follow Jesus, while others are baptized as infants as a reminder of God’s promises and the support of a church family. We celebrate both.
What is infant baptism?
Infant baptism celebrates God’s love for a child and the commitment of parents, guardians, and the church to help that child grow in faith. As the child grows, we hope they will one day make their own decision to follow Jesus.
