South Harbor Church

One Church Family. Where you live.

1907 64th Street SW
Byron Center, Michigan 49315
Sundays 9:00am & 11:00am

We believe that the church functions best when each person lives into who God has created them to be.

Because of this, throughout the year we have various opportunities to discover, connect, and engage opportunities to serve and disciple. Email to get the latest updates.

  • +Discover South Harbor

If you have been attending our weekly services for a few weeks and are interested in learning a little more about who we are as a church and how you can get involved, this is the perfect place to start! Discover South Harbor events are held bi-monthly. To sign up, email

  • +Partnership

We believe that God has called us to be a family on mission – to …help people find their way back to God. Partnership helps us identify those in our family who not only agree with the basic faith commitments of our church, but who are also on that mission with us. We believe that the Bible calls every believer to be a “minister.” It is because of this conviction that we rely on each partner to carry out the mission of our church. Let us know if you are ready to take this step — we’d love to walk you through it. Questions? Email

  • +Service & Mission

This is where the rubber meets the road. Jesus called his church to be “witnesses” in the world, to partner with God in bringing about his “Kingdom.” South Harbor offers many opportunities to serve within our church, within our extended West Michigan neighborhoods and schools, and in global mission. We would love to get you connected. For more information email

  • +Breaking Bread

Breaking Bread is a small group opportunity for individuals or families attending South Harbor to get to know each other on a more personal level. Once a month for three months, groups consisting of three individuals/families will meet for dinner or dessert. This is a low maintenance way of getting connected to the South Harbor family. To sign up email

  • +Missional Communities

    Missional Community Nights

Missional Communities (or, “MC’s”) are weekly rhythms of lightweight, low maintenance gatherings of people who eat dinner together, give thanks together, and pray together. But it doesn’t stop there – they are called “missional” communities because each group that gathers eventually becomes a family. The family starts to think about how they are going to do their part in fulfilling the great commission – to make disciples.
